Nicole Liu, owner and founder of VESTER Cafe and Nina Simonds, award-winning Asian cookbook author show off their dumpling making skills in an interactive cooking demonstration.

Listen to traditional Chinese instruments, learn about your zodiac sign, and put your name in for a raffle that includes Moonbeams, Dumplings & Dragon Boats: A Treasury of Chinese Holiday Tales, Activities & Recipes, a children’s book by Nina Simonds, a $25 VESTER gift card, and a one month membership to The Foundry’s maker spaces.
