Commonwealth Wine School Class: Ameri...

Description

Hard Cider has been an integral part of American History since the early 1600s, when the first apple tree saplings were brought over on the Mayflower! Throughout the history of the United States, apples have been fermented into a bevy of delicious beverages, from dry to sweet, unfiltered to crystal clear, even from still to sparkling. This class will explore the stunning array of ciders made in the United States, and the history leading to the thriving market that exists today. From Johnny Appleseed to Thomas Jefferson, come join us as we celebrate this Fall with American Cider!

You can choose to take this course in person at Commonwealth Wine School or online. If you choose the online option, we will provide you with tasting lists so that you may purchase the cider to taste along at home.
