Join educator and writer Adam Centamore for an evening exploring amazing sparkling wines from across the globe paired with morsels of amazing chocolate that bring out the best in them. You'll learn the secrets of pairing chocolates with sparkling wines to create pairings that keep the party rolling.

You can choose to take this class at Commonwealth Wine School or Online through Zoom. Tastings are provided as part of the in-person class. We will provide a wine and chocolate tasting list for those who wish to take the class online.
